I remember it took me ages, and it's quite scary to see my drawing skills haven't improved a bit, they almost got worse actually. *sigh*

Gears and dragon

A tiny bit of inspiration finally decided to visit me, with a clockwork dragon, or maybe I should call it a clockworm.
This one seems to be a mix of my previous "steamobouros" design and a bike chain/derailleur gears (I got the idea for it just after cleaning my bike chain :] )

This one is a weird mix of style. The pose looks like some chinese dragons while the style is inspired by viking art, and the wing... hm... I don't know from where it comes.

On a side note, some times ago I received a "final reminder to update (my) legacy blogger account", saying I couldn't access it after May 30th. I'm still wondering what they are talking about, as this blogger account does not seem to be "legacy", and I can't remember having any other account. I guess I received the message by mistake, but hopefully they won't close this blog by mistake... Ahem!

Snake knot

Sometimes I wonder why I keep trying to colour things with pencils, as obviously my only talent is finding the worst colour schemes. Blue and orange-red seemed like a good idea, and now I think it just look weird. I added a black and white version which I prefer.

My scanner still believes than light green = yellow, so as always I had to struggle to get the colours right. :p
Coloured pencils (but the blue glow is digital). Maybe it can be seen as elements: water and earth.

I haven't looked at this website (or my associated email box) for ages, I thought that taking a big break would do me good. But I discover I still have very very few inspiration for "tatoo-able doodles". Argh.

Ugh, horrible pun. It only has 2 paws so it looks like a mix of snake and dragon, maybe... My previous attempts (of completely different drawings) were failures, so this final one was done in a rush as I was getting annoyed.
